The website is 'stocked' every WEDNESDAY and close on FRIDAY.
There is only a limited amount of stock added each week so it's a first come first served basis until it sells out.
Postal orders will be freshly baked and dispatched by Tuesday the following week
Local deliveries & collections will be available the Saturday or Sunday immediately after ordering

Most items arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch so generally you would have them to enjoy throughout the week. Tracking is provided by Royal Mail.

I only offer VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE items at my market stalls or through custom orders.

If you are sending items to more than one addresses then each order will need to be placed separately so that delivery labels can be automatically generated.

All my bakes are posted out as fresh as possible (most the day after baking) so once you receive them they will last another 3 - 5 days.
It's best to keep them in the fridge and take them out an hour or two before you'd like to enjoy them so they can return to room temperature. If you don't plan on eating them within this time frame then all the bakes can be frozen to enjoy at a later date.
